Kia Ora, I'm Rach.

I was a burnt-out woman, struggling to sleep, waking up tired and ending the day exhausted. That was until I discovered mouth taping. A viral sensation overseas but relatively unheard of here at the bottom of the world. So, I slapped some strapping tape across my mouth and called it a night. The next morning, I woke up having had 8 hours of deep sleep - no 3am wakeup. I felt energized, ready to conquer the world. And that feeling lasted the entire day! I was SOLD! but the tape was tough and stuck to my face like glue so I did what any wahine would do...I created my own.
